Shipping Policy

At Nira Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, promptly, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle the shipment of your purchases.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently ship within Cambodia and to selected international destinations. Delivery times and methods may vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping (Cambodia):
    Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

  • International Shipping:
    Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We may offer free domestic shipping for orders over a specified amount, which will be clearly stated on our website if applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

 

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Nira Jewelry is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
